Our names are Agalliu Eralda and Kipourou Vasiliana,we are junior cabin crew working for Hermes Airlines from February. The contract we signed with the company included the following:
1.Salary payment at the end of each month.
2.Per diem payment twice per month.
3.20 days working in France and 10 days off in Greece.
4.A hotel reservation for each day we work.
5.A percentage from the sales on board.
6.A roster for each time we fly on time and
7.Respect and help from our senior cabin crews.
For 3 months we are facing the foollowing UNACCEPTABLE situation:
Our salary delays, regarding the per diem and percentage of the sales on board we have't received NOTHING yet.We are paying our expenses with borrowed money as the salary is not enough regarding that we have other obligations than only paying our food.
Most of the times we are flying without knowing which is our hotel,we have no reservations and we call each time Air Mediterranee to make a reservation for which we have to wait sometimes more than an hour regardless we come for a long hour flight tired. We have to call Air Mediterranee back because they never call us back to inform about any reservation.
Furthermore,it happens very often to change hotels every day and waste our day offs in preparing our luggage when it is supposed to have a rest.We face most of the time a rude behaviour from the hotel staff as they are unaware of any reservations.
It is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNTOLERABLE that most of the days not to say every day (because it has happened to us) not to be aware of the programme, because the planning department might not inform us,send a wrong programme to each cabin crew flyin together and even more inform us 3hours before flight for wich we HAVE NOT taken the MINIMUM rest.
It is more than common sense that after each flight if we receive till late in the evening a certain programme ,it does NOT CHANGE if the crew has not taken the suitable rest in order to operate a flight.
Regarding all the above situation, without receiving the money we HAVE WORKED FOR,changing hotels, waiting, going through all these tough things, experiencing really tough and demanding flights and passengers, without the needed rest and sometimes facing unacceptable behaviours from SOME seniors who think they can behave to us in whatever rude and ironc manner we believe that some measures SHOULD BE taken as soon as possible. We are human beings,we deserve to be respected and treated so as we ALL behave as professionals so should everybody ''above'' us be.If. Any change is not going to happen soon for sure there will be a large percentage of crew that will quit (which has already happened) and the most important of all an accident is possible to happen soon.

Best wishes,
Agalliou Eralda
Kipourou Vasiliana
