Les meilleurs programme de fidélisation 2015 sont…

Les Freddie Awards ont dévoilé les programmes de fidélisation récompensés en 2015 lors de sa 27eme édition, le 30 mai dernier. Pour la zone Europe et Afrique, le Flying Blue d'Air France-KLM a une nouvelle fois été désigné meilleur programme de fidélisation aérien de l'année. Il remporte également le titre de meilleur programme Elite, meilleure promotion ou encore de possibilité d'échange. Dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie européenne, Le Club Accorhotels obtient la plus haute distinction tandis que Starwood Preferred Guest est reconnu comme meilleur programme Elite.
En outre, pour la 3ème année consécutive, le prix de la «Best Affinity Credit Card», dans la catégorie Cartes de Paiement pour la zone Europe & Afrique a été remis à la carte Flying Blue American Express.

Pour la zone Amérique, les Freddie Awards 2015 ont récompensé Aadvantage d'American Airlines et Marriott Rewards de Marriott Hotels. Les programmes Velocity de Virgin Australia et Le Club Accorhotels ont été distingués en Asie Pacifique
