- Assisting customers at the ticket sales desk by providing solutions during flight disruptions, cancellation, delayed and overbooked flights
- Selling tickets on behalf of the major worldwide airlines
- Collect and increase excess baggage revenues
- Reissuing ticket for voluntary and involuntary rerouting
- Fare calculation
