Concur Technologies recherche un Business Development Manager - Channel Sales.

As the Business Development Manager (Channel Sales) you will be responsible for promoting Concur product sales through a team of partner resellers in your region. You will be the single point of contact for all sales opportunities that have a partner component both internally and externally.
You will be the face of Concur and accountable for building and maintaining the relationship with our partners. This position reports to the Manager of Business Development and is located in the Paris office.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and drive pipeline and sales revenue plans to meet goals
• Works directly with the sales team and is responsible for the managing of partner relationships in the regions that they support
• Monitor partners’ performance to objectives and provide guidance/coaching as necessary.
• Assess needs of partner sales team and conduct product training as needed
• Create awareness for company products amongst assigned team of partners
• Coordinate training, consulting and joint development activities with partners
• Create and execute against an agreed Sales and Business Development plan for the region
• Coordinate effective marketing programs within partner channels.
• Represent Concur in industry associations and events
• Efficiently coordinate the creation and dissemination of forecasting and reporting data to the leadership and executive team
• Operate under minimal supervision
• Needs to be able to determine the needs of their internal and external partners and then create the activity to support their goals.
• Maintain knowledge in product, marketplace, and current business issues, and disseminate appropriate knowledge to partners
• Interacts with sales, marketing and partners

Education, Experience & Training required:
• BAC + 5 or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years’ experience in a B2B Sales environment
• Knowledge of the Travel and/or Expense industry
• Ability to pass a background check.

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 3 to 4 times a month
• SalesForce.com experience a plus
• Demonstrated sales process management skills
